I have Stage IV breast cancer, my first diagnosis was at 34, 20 years later it came back in my bones and liver. When are you going to acknowledge me and the many ladies with Stage IV? We are neglected in a sea of pink every October.

We are living life, and you our sisters, should not be afraid of us, but embrace us. We need your love.

Remember, Susan G. Komen is not alive. She had Stage IV! Please help us and hear our voices. We are many.
